Daisy Forden-Keech

Daisy is a private equity and secondaries executive search specialist with more than a decade of experience helping funds hire and scale their teams. At Shuttle, she leads confidential searches for private equity and secondaries funds across the US and Europe, from Associate to Partner.

Previously, Daisy was an Executive Director at a global executive search firm, where she led its expansion into the United States. She founded the firm's New York office and built its US private equity practice from the ground up, assembling the team and establishing the firm as a trusted adviser to leading US funds.

Daisy specializes in building investment teams and securing top talent in a fiercely competitive market. Her focus on private equity and secondaries gives her a clear view of how funds hire, who is moving and what it takes to win the strongest candidates.
