A better way to hire
Traditional search is slow, opaque and built on networks that haven't changed in twenty years. It relies on adverts, a recruiter's contacts and manual screening, and it misses most of the market.
We rebuilt the process from the ground up. Shuttle combines deep sector expertise with technology that maps talent with a breadth, speed and precision conventional search can't match. Because the best roles in private markets are never advertised, every search we run is confidential: we approach the right people directly, with discretion on both sides.
